TALISMAN IV was custom built in 1992 for her current owner's father. This 26' Bass Boat is only one of a handful created and has spent her time on fresh water cruising the St. Lawrence River.

Hull & Deck
Designed for speed, maneuverability, and seaworthiness the one-piece molded hull is solid fiberglass, each layer overlapping the other. The hull is awlgripped Flag Blue, the boot top, exterior, and interior awlgrip is white, with Pearl Gray non-skid in the cockpit. Bottom paint is red. The guard rail is white PVC with a stainless steel half oval. The toe rail is varnished mahogany and the deck varnished teak.

Engine & Mechanical
The gasoline engine is a 454 Chevy Big Block 380hp Walter’s v-drive. The engine box is fiberglass (awlgripped white) with a hydraulic cylinder that opens and closes the lid and a canvas covered cushion for seating. Soundown double lead keeps the engine noise at a minimum; Tank Tender gauges for the fuel; trim tabs are operated from the dashboard; and the cockpit is self-bailing.

Equipment
Bow rail; two chocks mounted port and starboard on the stern deck and two mounted port and starboard at the bow; one cleat mounted in the center of the stern deck, one amidship port and one starboard, and one on the foredeck; a flag staff is mounted aft. The four-pane windshield is tinted gray, two windshield wipers are located on the foward two windows. Stowage is located under the front seats, jump seats, aft bench, and water-tight bunks below decks. The cockpit ladder mounts either side; cockpit and belowdeck cushions are [gray] canvas. Lines; fenders; anchor. Blue canvas top.
